Nitrogen Gas Tank
We manufacture Nitrogen Gas tanks of various capacities ranging from 500 Liters to 200000 Liters in horizontal and vertical tanks. The tanks are double walled with inner stainless steel and outer carbon steel with annular space with per liter or super insulation and vacuum. The unit comes with all safety features as per norms .Horizontal as well as vertical types are available. Evaporation loss in negligible due to high grade of vacuums. The tanks are designed to store liquid to - 196 Deg C and provided with safety valves and bursting disc for additional safety.

Nitrogen Gas(N2) – makes up 78.03% of air. Nitrogen is often used as an inert gas because of its nonreactive nature with many materials.Nitrogen gas is available in cylinders and bulk.
Our highest priority is to supply the best quality products and to prove superior service to our customers. We will be pleased to fulfill any further information you may require.
"The best quality product at the lowest prices in the auto gas industry"
What are the uses of Nitrogen?
Nitrogen gas is used as an inert atmosphere in food and chemical processing, as an atmosphere for crystal growing and a carrier gas for gas chromatography. At normal pressures nitrogen is fine but divers have to be careful when ascending too quickly from the depths as "the bends" will occur and nitrogen gets released by diffusion especially at the joints.
Nitrogen is used in virtually all manufacturing processes; industries as diverse as food processing and chemical manufacturing benefit from its use. Praxair has developed a range of applications using nitrogen to improve customer processes. From increasing plant productivity to reducing environmental impact, we can help.
Most uses of gaseous nitrogen take advantage of its non-flammable characteristics, making it ideal for inerting and blanketing applications. Its low boiling point and non-toxic properties make liquid nitrogen useful in cryopreservation and stable freezing. Nitrogen is also used to purge pipelines and strip volatile organic compounds and other unwanted gases from industrial processes.
Nitrogen is valued both as a gas for its inert properties and a liquid for cooling and freezing.
Virtually any industry can benefit from its unique properties to improve yields, optimize performance, and make operations safer.
Our experienced applications teams across the globe can use their knowledge of your industry and application to provide you with a nitrogen supply and technology solution to meet your unique needs.
Liquid Nitrogen which in it's gaseous form makes up 78% of the air we breathe is widely used in manufacturing plants.
Precautions while with Nitrogen
Always wear heavy leather or insulated gloves and goggles when working with liquid nitrogen. Always use tongs or forceps to remove straws, canes or other items from the nitrogen storage container. When working with open containers of liquid nitrogen boots should be worn and pants (or a full length apron) should be worn outside the boots to prevent LN2 from running down into your boots.
